Frequently asked questions

1. Do I need to sign up?

There's no need to sign up and set up an account before you go shopping at ANTIDOTE ÉPICERIE! Once you've completed your shopping, you'll be ask to provide information such as name, email, delivery address, and payment option. Upon completion, you'll receive an email confirming that your order was processed.

2. Is my personal information saved and protected?

Yes. All your personal information is secured on our server. All credit card and payment information is strictly held by your financial institution. ANTIDOTE ÉPICERIE has no access to this information.

3. How soon can I get my first order? 

If you order before 2 p.m. you will receive your delivery the next day between 6 and 10pm. If you order after 2 p.m. you will receive your delivery two days after placing your order. For example; if your order is placed on Monday at 1pm it will be delivered to you on Tuesday between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. but if your order is placed on Monday at 3 p.m. it will be delivered to you on Wednesday between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.

4. How do I order?

First. browse our wide range of products and add what you'd like to your cart. Second, continue shopping until satisfied. Third, go to the check out page to review your order and click submit. Last, Complete the  sign-up pages. It's that simple!  If you'd prefer to order by telephone (see no. 10 below).

5. How will I know if my order was received?

As soon as you have submitted your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail from Antidote Épicerie.

6. How can I remove a product from my shopping list?

Click on the View cart button and you'll see your grocery list. Locate the Remove check box the left of your product and put a check in box.

7. How can I find out if you deliver in my area?

We currently deliver throughout the island of Montreal. If you are unsure as to whether you fit within our delivery route please email or call us, 514. 442. 8586.

8. What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is $19.99, the lowest minimum that includes FREE delivery in the city.

 9. Are there delivery and packaging fees?

For the orders over $19.99 delivery is FREE. 

10. Can I order by phone?

Yes! Please call us at 514. 442. 8586 to arrange your order.

11. Can I place an order a few days in advance?

Yes. However, we're need you to provide us with the specific delivery date you wish to receive your groceries. During the ordering process, you'll have a chance to  fill in the details in the box called ORDER COMMENTS.

12. Can I pick up my order at your location?

YES! Please call or email ANTIDOTE ÉPICERIE to arrange a pickup.

13. What happens if I am absent during my delivery?

If you are absent during the delivery and you have already paid for your groceries, we will drop them off. However, if you aren’t at home during the delivery and the groceries were not paid for in advance, we will take them back. Although we can schedule a second delivery, additional fees may apply (see terms and conditions).

14. At what moment will I be invoiced?

Within moments of submitting your order you'll receive your invoice via email.

15. How do I pay?

We offer several payment methods.  

-Via our web site using safe and well-known PayPal account (visa or master card)

-By cash at the time of delivery
